RMA Number cannot be issued until the form has been received and processed. Once the RMA has been approved a RMA number will be forwarded to you. Return Merchandise Authorization Policy and Procedure

As a wholesale oriented company, a $100 minimum is required to process any RMA. This will save time and shipping expenses for both companies. Customer must notify P4C Global Inc. of problematic goods within seven (7) Days of receipt.

P4C maintains a rigorous selection and testing process that meets or exceeds industry standards for quality. Our ‘A Stock’, ‘B Stock’, and ‘Tested’ batteries are thoroughly inspected and Cadex tested. All batteries are sold “AS IS” and P4C Global Inc. offers no warranty for these product lines. P4C Global Inc. reserves the right to replace defective product with the same model or credit the customer’s account for future purchases. Any missing product or product which has been physically opened or processed in any way beyond the originally shipped condition may result in a decrease or full forfeiture in replacement value.

A 20% Restocking Fee and applicable freight charges shall be deducted if returned over 30 days from date of purchase. If you have any concerns or complaints about any of the products received, please advise your sales representative so they may commence the proper testing and RA procedures. All good products must be returned in its original packaging for full credit.
All Returns must be authorized. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA). In accordance with the warranty specified above, P4C Global Inc. will accept returned product.
Customer must obtain and RMA form from sales rep or customer service representative.

Please email to returns@p4cglobal.com All forms must be filled out thoroughly; forms not properly completed will not be processed. An email confirmation will be sent with the RA number.

In order for your Return (RA) to be accepted, please write the RA number legibly on the outside of each shipping carton. (Any cartons sent without proper RA will be refused and sent back). All returns must match your original RA approval list. Anything shipped without proper approval will be credited a maximum of $1.00, regardless of purchase price and/or value--- PLEASE SEND ONLY LISTED ITEMS!

Once an RA number has been issued, ship the product(s), packed well and securely, RA number clearly printed on the outside of the carton, sealed, insured and shipped prepaid to:

Products shipped to P4C Global Inc. without a proper RA number will be refused and returned to sender. No collect shipments will be accepted. Products damaged in transit will not be accepted for warranty (please insure your shipments).

All Returns will be checked and accounted for (all non-P4C Global Inc. merchandise are subject to disposal). Quantities received must match request, they will either be exchanged or given a credit memorandum, upon the discretion of the RA manager. (Each case will vary depending upon quantities, availability and costs related to circumstances).

Limitations and Exclusions:

THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING NO WARRANTIES OR
MERCHANTABILITY AND NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IN NO EVENT WILL P4C GLOBAL INC. CORP. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OTHER THAN AS HEREIN STATED.

Procedures:

1. Customer must notify P4C Global Inc. Corp. of problematic goods within seven (7) Days of receipt via email.

2. Customer must contact Sales Rep. or Customer Service Rep. to obtain an RMA Request form.

3. Customer must completely fill out the RMA Request Form. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

RMA Request Form MUST Include:

  • Invoice Number from which item was purchased
  • Qty , Make and Model number
  • Description of Defect

*A missing invoice may delay the return process and may allow the due date to expire resulting in a restocking fee.

4. The RMA Dept. will notify the customer with the granted* RMA number via email. Each item will be stated as credit or exchanged, based upon the RMA Policy. *Once an RMA has been issued- NO additional items will be accepted.

5. P4C Global Inc. must receive, verify, and confirm the returned product. A copy of the RMA Request Form and a copy of the original invoice must be returned with product.

6. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping package or it will be refused.

You will have 30 days after your Return Merchandise Approval is issued to send in your product. Once the product lands at our facility, we will process your return and report the outcome within 5 business days. For valid returns, you will have the choice to replace the defective product or we can issue a credit to your account for future purchases. If your product does not arrive within 30 days after the RMA is issued, P4C Global Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Return Merchandise Approval.

For Full Credit:
Product must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date.

If Defective:
All 'Tested', 'PTG' products carry a 14 day Limited Warranty for SAME ITEM EXCHANGE ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
